one TS in MCS9 can provide max. 50 to 55kbps.
one user with 4 TS will get roughly 200 to 220 kbps. It’s difficult to reach maximum throughput of 236kbps.
If two users on those 4 PDCH, then the throughput per user is divided by two (roughly 100kbps)
If you want max throughput per user, you need 4 PDCH per user. The solution : use 8 PDCH for 2 users.
That’s a very expensive way to do dimensioning, but it is the solution to your question 🙂
