what you think about this conf now, two HSNs used alternatively:
Cell1: MAIO=0, 4, 8, 12, 16; HSN=N1
Cell2: MAIO=1, 5, 9, 13, 17; HSN=N2 (diferent HSN than in Cell1)
Cell3: MAIO=2, 6, 10, 14, 18; HSN=N1 (same HSN as in Cell1)
Cell4: MAIO=3, 7, 11, 15, 19; HSN=N2 (same HSN as in Cell2)
