you can give it a shot….
but you might as well use MAIO with step of 1, rather than 2. In this case, you need 24 MAIO (24 TRX) and you have 29 arfcn in the MA List.
So that is ok, normally.
Your solution is a workaround, but very dangerous beczause sector 4 will generate collision with other sectors of the BTS. The idea of using same HSN and different MAIO is that each TRX of the BTS will never use the same frequency.
By the way, if you use different HSN, the MAIO order used in the cell (0, 2, 4, 6) or (6, 4, 2, 0) does not matter at all. The sequence of frequencies being totally different between 2 HSN, the probability of collisions is random.
