let’s say you have IMSI(40477 1234567) then the IMSIGT translation will be (40477 to 919436 1234567 ) and you need to add GT (919436 1234567 HLR address) as E214 in MSC in that way only sim card that have IMSI (40477 1234567) will perform LU, if you want to open all the range you will add IMSIGT (40477 to 919436) and add GT(919436)as E214 then all sim cards start with (40477)will perform LU, E214 GT is HLR address, also you will need to add all NDCs and Node GT as E164
