On the core network part things are the same as for 3G-2G HO, so no other changes are necessary.
In our case, on a cell level parameter: EN_2G_3G_HO_NO_SERVICE_HO
needed also to be put on 1.
FDD_REPORTING_THRESHOLD and FDD_REPORTING_OFFSED can’t be modified in the B10 OMC but they are on 0 so do not influence the behaviour of the HO.
