Which vendor are you using? to clarify if TCH_RF_Loss refers to Call Drop due to RF of Assignement failure due to RF.
Check which TRX is generating the drop.. if all or certain faulty / BCCH / hopping… There is too little information in the question to suggest anything 🙂
