the rxqual is a RMS counter which is collected per day only. So there is only one value per day. That’s the way it works.
2/ For AMR, you can check utilization in the RMS as well, with one value per day only. I don’t remember if there is another way to monitor traffic usage of AMR, which is available hourly. I’ll have to get back to you on this one. Or you can search by yourself in the list of NPO indicators which ones contain the word “AMR”. You might find something useful there.
