For eaxample, in a region there are 3 BSCs. The KPIs data in a day as follow:
Data,MB TBF_DR,% TBF_SR,%
BSC01 17.04 4.01 98.02
BSC02 23.61 3.34 98.72
BSC03 98.94 2.93 97.34
So, the KPIs for that region are calculated:
TBF_DR=(17.04*4.01+23.61*3.34+98.94*2.93)/(17.04+23.61+98.94)= 3.131184182
TBF_SR=(17.04*98.02+23.61*98.72+98.94*97.34)/(17.04+23.61+98.94)=97.65641951
Can I apply that rule?
