it is coming with negative sign,
BTS power 43dbm
antenna gain 17 dbi,
combiner loss 3db
we get approx 150-155 as pathloss
how do we get -40dbm to -110 dbm
range of Receive level
how TEMs is calculating Receive level (RxLev)
