DL_Rx_Lev(min)=C/N + DL noise level + NBL + 110.
1)does NBL mean NON BCCH LAYER?
2)For implementing this in BSC do i just need to change the value of RXTA=1 or 2 or is there any additional paramenters do i need to change.
3) doest it have any relation to RXP(Rx-Levl min acess).
3) does this parameter give any improvement in TCH Drop.
