It is impossible ! The application data is trasferred over RLC protocol… so :
RLC throughput = Application throughput + RLC “signalling”
(I say signalling, but as said earlier, it is a bit more than that)
You can see that both throughput should be linked. Check your throughput over a bigger time average, don’t look at instantaneous throughput.
