Hi,
LLC is a big frame (max 1500 bytes)
RLC is a small block that contains just one segment of a LLC frame.
Each time one LLC frame goes through the PCU, it is segmented into smaller RLC blocks.
Differences between both throughputs come from the RLC headers and RLC retransmissions (if they are included)
