Hi,
When we work on Core KPIs & specaily on the SCR (Succussful call Rate) we need to divide the Failure Codes between Subscriber Realted & Network Related & of course we can only work on Network Related Failure Codes by going deeper as to VAS Related, BSS Related etc . You can anyways get all Failure Codes related to Subscriber behaviour as Positive for a realistic measure of the SCR
