I am facing the issue of resumption of data session after cell reselection.
1.) Can MS continously attempts for the establishment of TBF after cell reselection. How many times it can attempt and which parameter i need to adjust?
2.) What must be value for N3101, N3103, N3105
Present Values are:
N3101 = 10
N3103 = 10
N3105 = 20
