1.) NACC (Network Associated Cell Change Support) – Whether this parameter is helpfull in early resume of data session after cell reselection.
2.) LA + IR Support (Incremental Redundancy)
3.) USP Granularity
4.) Whether to enable MS Flow Control or not?
5.) Ms flow control R Min Value

6.) Can I increae the value of T3193 to 2000ms
Present Value of T3193 is : 1520ms
T3192 is : 1500ms
