Same causes than TCH HO, using same parameters.
Basically, all standard causes are available (quality, level, distance, pbgt). I usually don’t recommend to activate it, but you can give it a try.
Don’t forget that the HO algorithms can be checked only when the averaging windows are filled with values.
Ex: A LEV HO = 4, you need at least 4 SACCH measurements before the HO “bad level” Detection can occur. If the SDCCH phase last 3 seconds, for the 2 first seconds, HO LEVEL cannot be detected.
