i have doubt in RxQual measuring in GPRS case, Actually In Packet Downlink Ack/Nack MS sends RXQUAL to BTS. i mean to say this RXQual is related to downlink only. how to calculate thr Uplink RxQual and What is the maximum threshold level for cell selection in case of RxQual.
Please give me a response.
