Not that I know of. Problem is not in the networks (most vendors support this option), it’s in the mobiles, as far as i know.
Thanks to DTM (dual transfer mode), there is now no more benefit linked to PBCCH. DTM + Paging coordination replaces PBCCH advantageously.
