ho margin inner = 10dB
en traffic balance = enable
en better zone ho = enable
en cause 10 & 11 (forgot the name : low level in the inner zone of a concentric cell) = enable
neighbor rxlev (n) = -47dBm (default value)
as you can see, only two values to fine tune… very easy to implement, isn’t it ? 🙂 the others are all defined once and for all.
