1. maybe a MS can only get consecutive PDCHs that belongs to the same MAIO. that’s probably written somewhere in 3GPP.
i dunno about dynamic maio allocation.
2. PDCH in inner zone are forbidden, i guess it also has to do with some 3GPP recommendations. i forgot the details.
