Adhoc … what is it ? synth freq hopping ?

DL Quality HO = 96%, on so many cells … itcan be due to
– bad parameters (check your HO DL QUAL thresholds… it should be around 4 or 5)
– extremely poor frequency planning

Other than that, i don’t see.
