Good day Sirs, how to resolve this problem? On site there’s no active alarm but on NOC there’s a Recovery Action Failure, and sometimes HSDPA failure indicating cell A, yet we’ve already replaced the FRGC module where cell A is located.
Please help me with this. Tnx
