Please check whether you are having 19 HOPPING frequency? Is the 19 ARFCN completely Hopping frequency or is it inclusive of Non Hopping Frequency also (BCCH)? If not, then your MAIO is the best possible way. The interference will not be due to MAIO.
Also, please check the max. configuration in your system. the max. config possible without interference is 4+4+4
