Hi,
System is NSN.Having high TBF Drops in all the BSCs(around 4%-5%).Extended UL TBF is enabled and is mandatory.Please suggest parametric changes to bring it down to < 1%.Activities already done were as follows::
1.Increased CDED
2.Increased CDEF
3.Changed settings of alpha & gamma
4.Increased RRH values
Main observation is that TBF Drop due to Flush and MS no response is high.Please suggest urgently.
