All the parameters are listed in the RNUSM (Edit cell), in the tab “NC2”. By clicking on the “Help” button, you wil get the definition of those parameters.
It is not very easy to understand all these parameters, and you might need some expert-help to activate the NC2. I recommend you contact your local support team in order to get some additional documentation.
Otherwise, NC2 is working fine, but it is not yet supported by all the mobiles ! So only a fraction of the MS will actually understand NC2. Others will simply follow the C2 criteria.
