a cell without neighbor will have a high call drop rate due to UL rxlev. That’s normal… you have to find a way to extend your coverage :
– better antennas (high gain)
– tower mounted amplifier (TMA)
– rx space diversity (2rx or 4rx), with high separation
or simply : add a new site where needed !
