For Siemens and Alcatel it is for sure that you can’t define SDCCH on the band different from BCCH band.
I asked ericsson guys and they told me that it is the same there. Maybe there is a bug and you are allowed to define such. I think this this should not be possible. Please check it again and let me know as I am very curious about this.
