Hi Atesz,
For Nokia , if O & M is BL and all thr TRXs are WP state then use ZDTI:NAME=BC040 ( 040 is the last 3 digit of the BCF. If it is BL-USR then use the below command to unlock it -> ZDTC:BC040:WO ;
