1 watt = 30dBm
just add 3dBm if the power is doubled i.e
2 watt = 30 +3 = 33dBm
4 watt = 33 +3 = 36 dBm so on.

formula

P(dBm) = 10 log(w/10e-3)

take anti log of dBm, the result will b in watts.
