If DIP & TG is same of a BSC.
Then it easy to find out the cell name.
DIP>cell id >cell name
rxtcp:moty=rxotg; [for getting cell id]
rlmtp:cell=cellid,id=all;[for getting id & code value]
rlmbp:id=50,code=2,gs=0;[for getting cell name]
