If an operator wants to offer higher data rates all over its network, it would have to move to a looser reuse than what we use in GSM(say 4/12).On the other side, the use information retransmission procedures allows GPRS to support tighter reuses (say 1/3).
Can u pl let me know which case is to be used?Correct me if i m wrong….
