Erlang & ccs (centem call seconds) are units of Traffic density.
CCS is a smaller unit of erlang.
As you might know,
1 erlang is holding time of a cirucit is 3600 secs in an hour.
1 CCS is holding time of a circuit is 100seconds in an hour
In 1 hour there are 100 * 36 = 3600 seconds. So 36 CCS = 1 erlang
in other words, 1 CCS = 1/30 erlang
