One way to do it is using “Forced routing number”, under the tab “advanced” of the trunk circuit routing group.
That will send the call from the PSTN to a number that is routable by the Quintum.
That means that if the number is reachable by the Quintum under normal operation, the call to the PSTN will be sent to that number .
