Yes, it’s easy… any kind of unlocked gateways you can buy, all you have to do is change the control and signalling ports from 5060 to something that is not blocked ( i.e. port 1234 ) or make up some odd port that you know does work and set your gateway to that. Other option is to use a Stun server.
