Go to the console cable port.
Reboot the machine.
Reset it to FACTORYDEFAULT.
You will loose all the configuration, except the I.P.
You will be able to telnet back to it and reset all the parameters.
Before doing that, be sure that he did not simply delete the password.Hit enter several times without a password, to be sure that the system is not without a “blank” password.
