1. 10PCs to 10 PCs connected to the internet w/some sort of voip software
2. 10PCs to voIP GW with lines to the GSTN
3. VoIP GW to VoIP GW with 10 lines on each
I guess thats pretty much it at a base level. It gets more complex when you decide you want to route, bill, and settle with third parties.
