I am setting up a call center in Ghana for 90 agents. I have the option to use voip or traditional pbx for the set up. The client is providing 4 E1 lines for us to use to handle the call, we are to provide an ss7 converter( i dont have a clue what that is),a cisco router with a firewall and all the other items. Can anyone help me with this setup?
Is any one willing to come over to Ghana to work in a supervisory role?
