This could really vary on the pricing structure you deploy. For purely inbound call center services, it could be something around $8 – $30.
For outbound, it could be an hourly rate similar to inbound. Or it could be a lower rate with comissions given per sale.
There are many ways to adjust the cost. It all depends on you and the client.
