Finally, experience talks. It is after a long time that i read a post which speaks the truth. I am talking about none other than Amit Naagar.
He is right, you want to build a large scale callcenter you need patience and continuous investmentwith expansion to reach a point where one can invest from the revenues and earn a great deal.
Small scale, might as well drop the idea.
