It seems setting up a Call center in India is a lot easier than it is here in the Philippines. It is also great to know that Indians are more helpful towards their own than Filipinos. So perhaps, I can try to fins people who can help me. I am Filipino and am trying to set up a call center. Have tried talking to people from Dept of Trade to Bureau of Investments, and have not crept any higher than when I first started researching. Can anybody please tell me, can I start this type of business “small” ( one to 2 agents. Where do I get clients? What kind of capital do I need? What kind of technology do I need? Is it too late for me to get into this type of business? I would appreciate all kinds of input regarding this matter.
