I am working in a IT company based in New Delhi as Manager- HRD with around 100+ employees. Now, we are planning to enter into BPO / Call center business. I would like to know, if Provident Fund is mendatory to be paid to call center agents as i recently heared that companies can avail exemption in that. secondly, is there sp. permission to be taken to work during Night shifts. I understand there are 3 basic legal requirements to set up a call center.
1. Export /import license
2. STPI Registration
3. DOT license
IS IT RIGHT OR WE NEED ANY OTHER THINGS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE SETTING UP CALL CENTER TO AVOID ANY LEGAL IMPLICATIONS.
