I am exploring the posibility of starting a call center in either Bangalore or Hydrabad.
You mentioned you provide clnsulting services in this space and were asking one of the person if he was interested in a tie-up or to work with an outsourcing company.
Could you please let me know what is involved to
1. Start a Call Center for example financials, equipment etc
2. I would think it would be better for someone new to this space to work with an outsourcing company but I could be wrong could you please advise me
3. I have been readig the treads in this forum realised that there are several different types of setups, for example VoIP, Chat, E-Mail, Telephone etc. For a startup what would you advise me.
Now I am not very sure of the rules in this forum about exchanging contact information.
