We have done a bit of research and have short listed Delhi and Chandigarh for the proposed call center. It is supposed to be a 50 seat call center. Please advise on the call cost involved as this is going to be an outbound call center calling customers in Australia. Does MTNL or any other telecommunications company provides any solution for the huge number of calls to be made to Australia every day? Please advise on the above issues and keep in touch. I appreciate your help in this matter.
