I needed some basic information on * The basics of setting up a call centre
* Administrative, Technical and Business Issues
* Financial Aspects – ROI, TO,Basic Pricing aspects.
* Viability in the long term.
* Strategic planning involved in the business as a viable means for diversificcation from software.

I am currently doing a project on CALL CENTRE boom in INDIA at a mgmt. Institute. I would be grateful if you give me a feedback.
