TRX Power Reduction - Huawei

Power Level specifies the transmit power level of the TRX. The greater this parameter is, the smaller the transmit power is.

When this parameter is set to 0, the transmit power level of the TRX is the greatest. Each time this parameter increases by one level, the transmit power reduces by 2 dB.

Take a look at the TRX parameters named "Power Level".
It specifies the transmit power level of the TRX (range 0-13/0-10 depending on BTS type, with 0 --> maximum power and an increase of 1 corresponds to a 2 dB transmit power reduction).
