    Hello Guys,

    Very often i meet the following problem: O&M Link of the BTS is goes down to BL, but the site is working and carry the traffic.

    Is there any other chance to bring back the O&M Link without site visit and local BCFA reset ?

    Thanks a lot,

    Atesz

    It is not possible:

    When you have

    7706 BTS O&M link failure, your BTS is out

    But alarm 7704 PCM Failure can stay in memorie. ZEEI => all is working but you have 7704. I think, it is a bug.

    if LINK CHANNEL STATE is BL ZEEI, you BTS is failure with alarm 7706

    sometimes it shows BL-SY but in this case you can retest the o&m, through this command ZEFR:12:L/U;
    Also you can resett the ET throught this command, ZEFS:ET,256:BL/NU/TE/BL/WO;

    keep try it.

    Hi Atesz,
    For Nokia , if O & M is BL and all thr TRXs are WP state then use ZDTI:NAME=BC040 ( 040 is the last 3 digit of the BCF. If it is BL-USR then use the below command to unlock it -> ZDTC:BC040:WO ;

    Thanks
