This function estimates what blocking will be experienced with a given busy hour traffic figure and number of lines

Result
A real number between 0 and 1, where 0 means no blocking and 1 means full blocking.

Example
To estimate how the blocking experienced when 1500 Erlangs of traffic is offered to 1000 lines, enter:

The answer should be 0.335, meaning that 33.5% of offered calls can be expected to be blocked.
