You can build your own spreadsheets using the functions installed by the CC-Excel add-in, but a workbook has been installed that demonstrates these functions and provide example calculators. The workbook is available from the Start Menu at:
Programs | CC-Excel | Example workbook
The first worksheet of the workbook shows a self test routine that checks whether the add-in has been correctly installed. The remaining two worksheets hold formatted calculators for performing various call centre calculations.
