Calculators

The Calculators worksheet has one section for each of the nine functions provided by CC-Excel. Each calculator has a brief note explaining the upper and lower limits for the input values (more details are available in the function reference). Three sections (CCXLAgents, CCXLCalls and CCXLDuration) have two calculators because those functions support two different ways of specifying the service level targets.
