| Erlang VoIP is a division of Westbay Engineers Ltd. Westbay
Engineers Limited has been providing telecommunications project management and
network design services since 1989. We have worked on many major projects for
customers throughout Europe in the following business sectors:

- Telecommunications carriers
- Energy
- Manufacturing
- Local government
In April 1996, we launched a series of software products relating to voice over IP and
call centre design. Our customers include AT&T, MCI, British Telecom, Siemens,
Ericsson and numerous other carriers and operators of private networks.
Since 2003, we have offered VoIP services to call shops, calling card companies,
wholesale customers, corporate customers and retail consumers.
We are a Private Limited Company based in Crawley, near Gatwick Airport, 50 kilometres
